Don’t buy unless very handy / professional tradesman
Just purchased a treadmill from this company. WHAT A HUGE MISTAKE!!! I am on day 4 of trying to put the thing together!! So many screws that just don’t fit in holes. Complete nightmare to build. Unless you are very handy or professional tradesman which I’m neither, don’t bother. Worst thing I’ve ever bought in my life. Very frustrating that each email I have sent to Nordtrack regarding my issues comes back with a message that that mailbox is no longer checked!!! Surprise surprise

X22i tablet screen froze 2 months ago…
X22i tablet screen froze 2 months ago rendering the trainer fit for drying clothes on. Contacted customer service to determine how to reset the tablet screen (model without the reset pinhole). Still waiting for a reply from customer service following several emails to chase them up. Agree with a previous reviewer that having to upload a video of a fault is a waste of time as you still don't get an answer. For what is a very expensive trainer the after sales care and customer support is extremley disappointing.

I purchased a C7.5 Elliptical on…
I purchased a C7.5 Elliptical on 3.1.23, it arrived but had a faulty bushing which prevented me assembling the right hand side of the machine. I was sent another arm without any bushings, so I couldn't use this either. I am now waiting for an engineer, but NordicTrack cannot tell me when the bushing will be available for the engineer to fit. An extremely frustrating experience so far....
Thanks for replying, however in my last email I stated that if you were unable to provide a definite date for the repair, that I wanted a full refund & return the machine.
Awful !!!
Awful !!!! Dont buy one. Up date on software done and now screen frozen . Nordic tract will not help us . I fit useless! and not helping ! And nordic tract will not do anything. Don't waste your money
Never buy a treadmill from NordicTrack
Never buy a treadmill from NordicTrack! Mind has been broken and out of action more than we have be able to use it. They use a 3rd repair service, waited since November for repair! Turned up this week and didn’t bring the belt they stated on the phone they would replace. Absolutely joke of a company with shocking customer service and they genuinely don’t care, would rather argue with you!
Excellent for bringing stress into your life.
Doctors say that it is not good to have zero stress in your life, a problem that can easily be solved by buying a Nordic Track product. I bought a Pro S22i bike for £999. Assembly was not difficult apart from it being hard to remove the wiring from inside the frame to connect to the screen, as the gap for doing this is virtually the same size as the plastic clips that hold the wiring but I did mange to do it by using two long nosed pliers. With everything connected the pedals will not turn, even on the lowest setting. It should be possible to report this on the company's website and request help but when I attempt to do this, as I have done five times, I get a message, 'website encountered an unexpected error'. I also tried to register the purchase as they request but this is not possible without the 'Version number', which is not shown on either the bike or the invoice. I have come to the conclusion that Nordic Track perfer not to be contacted. As they appear not to have an email address I have now written by registered snail mail. If I do not get a response to that I will be going to the Small Claims Court, which I have found effective in dealing with recalcitrant organisations in the past.

Delivered faulty - terrible customer service
Unfortunately I have to echo many other customers: self-installation isn't realistically an option so opted for their install in the end; machine turned up with multiple defects; we refused to accept it on the day but the installers refused to take it back; now locked in a battle with customer service to get a replacement that will be treated as a new machine. They are trying to treat it as warranty repair which invokes a different, less generous, set of Ts and Cs.
UPDATE: Nordic Track are refusing to remove the machine they assembled despite it clearly being faulty and left against our wishes, unless we dismantle it and then they expect us to assemble the replacement.

Hopeless and unacceptable after-sales service
Spent almost £2000 on a NordicTrack exp101 treadmill. It developed a fault a month ago which I reported (although a complete faff as you have to upload a video of it before they'll do anything). Still awaiting a date for an engineer and now it's developed another fault. Totally unacceptable level of customer service and for that reason I recommend avoiding NordicTrack products.

Terrible experience with Nordictrack
Terrible experience with Nordictrack - spent £3.5k on a top of the range machine which was delivered not working at all and with a damaged screen. After ensuring us they had another in stock and ours could be exchanged, now we are being told by their “Customer Service” that we will have to wait up to three weeks to ARRANGE a collection with the courier which means at least a month before we get a replacement - an absolute joke when you have a training schedule - the date of the marathon wont change because NordicTrack don’t do customer service - AVOID THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY!
Check the price somewhere else, poor customer service.
check the price on other place before buy it from NordicTrack, poor customer service.
I bought Elite 1000 treadmill for$2400 from official website and then I found it is $700 cheaper somewhere else, I contact them and they didn’t accept to match the price.
Assembly was ridiculous, service awful. No
Assembly was ridiculous. Support was non existent. They just kept making me jump through hoops. I managed to assemble my commercial x32i by changing the daft instructions provided. If it wasn't for the fact it has taken numerous people and myself such a strenuous effort to assemble and place, this machine would be back with them. Do not spend thousands as I did, for such dreadful service.
The texh support is based in the USA and dont Support
The support is based in the USA, when i say support it should be lack of support is based in the USA. Purchased 12 days ago and tried to make contact in every way possible. On Bike on days one, via the online form a couple of days later, by online chat (they will not deal with UK buyers), by phone to UK and they just point you back to the form. Had no choice but return the bike :(
Edit in reply to Nordic reply
You have customer service in UK and they can not offer tech support, all tech support is in the USA and you can only fill out forms online to get this tech support. The customer service team in UK are powerless when it come to tech support and sound deflated as they know they are powerless.
Top Quality Exercise Product
I took delivery of one of your Cross Trainers at the end of November, and the guys were punctual and courteous. Had fun assembling it on my own, and instructions were concise and accurate. All works perfectly, so thank you for the delivery of a top quality Cross Trainer, which will keep me occupied for many hours to come.

Terrible service and product
Absolutely terrible experience with the whole customer service. I have a faulty machine that stops mid run, incline does not work and machine needs to reset regularly. Tried to get collected and changed and won’t now respond and just send complaints procedure without any acknowledgment. Terrible customer service and my experience of the product is terrible. I really would not recommend this product, service or company as you risk the chance of something going wrong and they sure as anything won’t take it seriously or have any real desire to resolve.
The cross trainer is really difficult…
The cross trainer is really difficult to use. I was expecting Simple button press to start a work out but have to go through all the menus every time and there’s no way of extending workouts to specific periods that suit me.
